These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Slideshow Publisher (the "Service"), a web application that lets you turn photos you own into a slideshow video and publish it to your own TikTok account. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service authenticates you through TikTok's official Login Kit, lets you upload photos, renders those photos into a video using server-side video processing, and — only when you explicitly choose to — publishes that video to the TikTok account you authenticated with, using TikTok's Content Posting API.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by TikTok in your country, and you must hold a valid TikTok account in good standing to use the Service.
You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and for any video you choose to publish. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any photo you upload, and that your use of the Service does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You agree not to upload or publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, or applicable law.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or the systems behind it; (c) use automated means to access the Service outside of its intended user interface; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
The Service only publishes a video to TikTok when you explicitly click the publish action after reviewing a preview. You choose the audience/privacy level for each video at the time of publishing. Once a video is published, further edits or removal are subject to TikTok's own platform rules, not this Service.
You retain all rights to the photos and videos you create using the Service. The Service's own software, design, and branding remain the property of the operator.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may revoke its access to your TikTok account through TikTok's own app permission settings. The operator may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective date" above reflects the date of the latest revision.
These Terms are governed by applicable local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent not superseded by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
